Leads Box is a platform based on online hosting, which means that there are no specific system requirements to use it. All you need is an updated web browser, preferably Google Chrome for optimal performance. This allows you to access Leads Box from any device with an internet connection, whether it’s a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet, providing maximum flexibility and convenience to manage your invoices and finances online.

We are currently working on a dedicated mobile app for Leads Box. In the meantime, you can save the Leads Box link on your phone or tablet to your home screen for quick and easy access. If you don’t know how to do it, here we teach you.

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial period so you can experience all the features of Leads Box Invoice and see how it fits your business needs before committing to a subscription

To cancel your subscription to Leads Box Invoice, go to the settings section of your account, select ‘Subscriptions,’ and then press ‘Manage Subscription.’ Please note that for annual subscriptions, there is no refund for the unused months. For monthly subscriptions, your membership will end on the last day of the month you have paid for.

At the moment, uploading your own invoice template is not supported in Leads Box Invoice. Currently, Leads Box does not offer a direct feature to share invoices via WhatsApp. However, you can easily download your invoices as PDFs and then share them manually through WhatsApp or any other messaging platform. This method ensures that you can conveniently communicate with your clients through your preferred channels.
